Ford F-350 Tire Guide
Tire Sizes, Types & Replacement Guide for the F-350

Ford F-350 Tire Sizes by Trim
The Ford F-350 is built for maximum towing capacity, heavy commercial work, and serious fifth-wheel/gooseneck applications, with towing capacity of up to 40,000 lbs (fifth-wheel/gooseneck) and payload capacity of up to 7,850 lbs. The F-350 offers the highest conventional and fifth-wheel tow ratings in the Super Duty lineup for non-chassis-cab applications. Tires are the foundation of that capability — every F-350 tire must be LT-rated with heavy-duty construction designed for high payloads and trailer loads.

Tire Tips for Your F-350
- Every F-350 tire should be LT-rated with Load Range D or E — passenger-rated (P-metric) tires cannot safely handle F-350 weights
- DRW (dually) F-350 trucks use six tires total with the unique 19.5-inch commercial size — plan ahead for availability
- All-terrain tires on the Tremor provide excellent traction but may wear faster than highway tires under heavy towing
- When replacing tires, always match all positions — mixing worn and new tires on a F-350 under load is a safety risk
- Tire pressure is critical on F-350 trucks — check and adjust based on load (door jamb sticker shows loaded vs. unloaded pressures)
- Budget $250-400+ per tire for quality LT-rated tires
